Museum Hosts the Aviation and Aerospace Segment of the 4th Annual Baltimore County Community Waterfront Festival
The Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum is once again organizing the aviation and space portion of the Baltimore County Community Waterfront Festival to be held on Saturday, May 10, rain or shine, at the Lockheed Martin property along Dark Head Cove, and on Martin State Airport n Wilson Point Road in Middle River , Maryland . The event will run from 10:00am until 6:00pm on the waterfront, and from 10:00am to 5:30pm on the Airport side. The event is free to the public.

The aerospace part of the festival will feature exhibitors at the main event site, seaplanes in the water, display aircraft on Martin State airport at Strawberry Point, and the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum 's exhibit rooms located in Hangar 5. A free shuttle bus will take visitors to the different aviation activity locations.
The 2008 event recognizes the area's heritage (including aerospace) and its waterfront resources.
